Tim Walker is a photographer and artist, who creates a dreamscapes beyond imagination. His works for VOGUE celebrate 'the fantastical' in fashion. Upon the release of his recent book ‘Storyteller’, British brand Mulberry supported the opening of a likewise named exhibition at Somerset House by the banks of the Thames in London, an exhibition we recently had pleasure to visit. Once inside, one can admire the intricate oversized props from photoshoots amongst the vast amount of archived works, as well as quotes from Walker himself. Whilst all of his works are truly astonishing, the most striking thing about Walker’s body of work is the way managed to imprint his individual style in collaboration with his subjects, featuring Alexander McQueen, Anna Piaggi, Alber Ebaz and Vivienne Westwood. A truly amazing and visually captivating exhibition worth visiting!
Finishing on January 27th 2013, the exhibition is a must see so if you're in London and still haven't seen it you know now what to do;) (the admission is FREE).
